A message from Bishop Alexander...
The Gospel of Jesus always extends to us a higher calling, and we are confident that we will respond to that call by going forward together with faithful and bold new initiatives that will embody the particular witness that the Episcopal Church brings to the world.
The Commission on Education for the Diocese of Atlanta has taken these words to heart and is developing, in response to my request, the Institute for Ministry and Theological Education for the diocese.
This is God's church and we are privileged to be the agents of God's reconciling love by feeding those who are hungry in body, soul, and spirit. Plan to join with us in this life-long learning opportunity as we better prepare ourselves to proclaim the life-transforming message of the resurrection of Jesus and each in our own way, to make a difference in the world.
